Resolved Question: Does any one know any thing about contemplative Prayer?

I am reading the purpose driven life by Rick warren and was told that it is mis leading and he has taken scripture out of context for puropse of this kind of prayer and deception. tey told me to stop reading the book and just read Gods word for the truth and right guidence. I was only doing a devotional. I was not using it in place of the Bible. Confused please help I found this site Lighthousetrailsresearch.com. It is in regards to contemplative prayer and how we are to stay away and the deception behind Rick Warren. I am pretty sure I Got my answer, but would still like your feed back.
